        Doris resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Lessie of 34 years. She has two son in the Navy. One son is stationed in Texas and one in Italy. She has 4 grand children. Other members of her family are cat named "Blinkie " and a sheltie named "Lady."
         Doris graduated from University of North Texas in Denton. She has a Bachelors in Elementary Education with Kindergarten Endorsement and a minor in Art. She has taught kindergarten for 15 years and Pre-K for three years.
         Doris likes to needle point, cross-stitch, paint for fun, work outside in the yard. Loves to improve her  flower beds each spring, fall and winter.
