Dear Teacher / Child
Personalities,
In the area where I live, there is not a lot of choice as
to who your preschool teacher is. I teach at the only preschool in
town. You have to ask yourself questions like is my child excited
about going to preschool. Does your child have nice things to say
about the teacher? If your child seems to enjoy preschool than he/she
is in the right place. You really have to take the cues from your
child as to whether things are going o.k. in preschool.

Dear Teacher / Child
Personalities,
What an interesting thought! I have never
really thought about a right or wrong teacher for a child. . . I guess my
concern is from a teacher's standpoint. It is a teacher's
responsibility to teach all children. He/she should get to know each
child. He/she will then adapt the atmosphere for the group and individual.
I feel one of the requirements for a preschool teacher is to be a child
yourself. You need to lead the children - but have fun doing it!
Sing, play, laugh along with the students! I hope this helps in your
situation.
