Dear Visitors,
      I need samples of day sheets that are used in our classroom, this is a summary of the day that goes home to the parents

Dear Day Sheets,
     This is what I use in my classroom.  I made something on the computer with clipart:

ALL ABOUT MY DAY
Today, I listened to my teacher with:
_____two ears
_____one ear (did O.K. but had some problems
_____I did not listen well at all

Teacher comments:

Today at lunch:
I ate all my food
I ate most of my food
I tried my food

Today at nap time:
I slept
I laid quietly on my cot
I did not rest well at all

What we did today:
(then I described what we did for the day)
